We accept credit card payments from VISA or Mastercard and American Express. If you would like to pay by credit card, please enter the credit card number, the three-digit CVC number, the expiry date and your name with your order. The CVC number can be found on the back of the card (on the signature strip). Payment by credit card is only possible if the credit card holder and the purchaser of the goods are identical. Since we do not save your credit card details, you will need to re-enter your credit card details every time you place an order in our shop.

To increase security for credit card payments, ETERNA applies the “3D Secure Code” safety standard. For VISA cards, this process is called “Verified by VISA”, for MasterCard, it is called “MasterCard SecureCode” and for American Express, it is called “Safekey”. If the customer's credit card provider participates in this process, the customer will be asked to confirm they are the legal cardholder using an additional personalised password. Once the customer submits the order, a pop-up form will open for them to input their credit card details. The customer will then be redirected to an input page from their credit card provider, on which the password can be entered. If the customer is not yet registered for this security process, they can register online for free in only a few steps. The password chosen during registration is known only to the customer and their bank and will be requested every time they place a new order with ETERNA.

Upon payment you must state your name and your order as purpose. After receipt of your order total bill leaves our shipping department, and you get this, usually within 2-3 working days.
