You do not like an item ordered or it does not fit you? With DHL Online Return you just have to send it back free of charge.

How long can you return the items?
ETERNA offers a sixty-day take-back guarantee e.g. within sixty days after receipt of the delivery you can return the items. It is up to you whether you want to receive back your money.
Please note, we do not accept returns after the specified period or if the items are already worn or in case of a custom made article.

How to handle it?
Please fill in the enclosed return voucher. Please do not forget to give the reason for the return.
Please do not send the parcel back without a return voucher!
